Dewberry is seeking an experienced Senior Site/Civil Project Manager for our Richmond, VA office. Responsibilities

Project & Technical Leadership

• Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil design including site layout and planning, grading, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, utilities, roadways, and permitting.
• Manage the design and delivery of multiple, concurrent projects.
• Ensure project quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and agency staff.
• Participate in public and construction meetings as needed.
• Support business development, marketing efforts, and proposal preparation.

Team Development

• Oversee, mentor, and train junior and mid‑level team members.
• Help foster a collaborative, learning‑focused team culture.

Required Skills & Required Experience

• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of directly related experience.
• Virginia Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project assignments concurrently.
• Desire to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience working with clients and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to design staff.
