MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on mission requirements
- Designing workflows, scripts, and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform
- Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources. Supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
- Maintaining platform stability, security, and data integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
- Creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. Southern Command IT policies and processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience might be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree might be granted 2 years' experience credit and a candidate holding a relevant PhD degree might be granted 4 years' experience credit
- 5 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
- Understanding of ServiceNow data architecture and integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Experience supporting military or federal government clients
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices
- Experience developing custom applications within ServiceNow
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
