Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Coordinator / Project Manager
Location: Washington, DC – candidates MUST be LOCAL to the DMV area
Type: 6 months contract – good chance to extend or roll perm
Work Model: Remote for now - possibly quarterly onsite or potential for future onsite requirements
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust - candidates will be allowed to start without Public Trust within two weeks’ time.
Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Coordinator / Project Manager to lead ServiceNow initiatives in a federal environment. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, manage projects, drive process improvements, and support ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management, and ServiceNow expertise, with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment. Public Trust clearance is required.
