About Securitas:
Job Summary:
The Senior Security Manager manages and develops campus response strategies to include the completion of daily operational tasks to support all elements of a client’s security operations. This is a critical leadership role that is responsible for developing and optimizing workforce operation. The Senior Security Manager must be able to develop and drive workforce productivity, execute the operations program strategy and interface regularly with the client and vendor partners on security-related matters. Activities include but are not limited to critical incident management, reporting, investigations, policy enforcement related to operational effectiveness, risk management, and employee engagement.
Benefits:
Securitas will offer a salary of $105K/Annually in addition to a full-benefit package that includes:
Position Qualifications:
Must Be at Least 18 years of Age.
Capability of Managing Guard Service Functions and Conflict Resolutions.
Education/Experience:
Prior Security Management Experience Required.
Advanced Understanding of Physical Security Operations.
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of Security Management/Law Enforcement Experience.
Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company.
Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
