IDR is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on enhancing cybersecurity initiatives within a dynamic organization that values innovative security practices and comprehensive risk management. The position involves supporting multiple security domains, driving governance, and ensuring compliance across various frameworks.

Position Overview for the Senior Security Analyst:

• We are looking for a Senior Security Analyst who is curious, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
• The ideal candidate enjoys taking ownership of projects, learning new technologies, and jumping into unfamiliar challenges.
• They will contribute across a broad range of cybersecurity initiatives, including AI security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance efforts.
• This role requires someone proactive and ready to support and improve security processes for a diverse set of projects.
• The position is ideal for a well-rounded security professional with exposure across multiple domains, who seeks to expand their skill set.

Requirements for the Senior Security Analyst:

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
• Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles across multiple domains
• Experience leading or supporting security projects from planning through implementation
• Experience performing security risk assessments and making practical recommendations
• Experience with security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities
