The Senior Security Analyst will provide leadership and advanced analytical support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across complex security environments. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of guiding teams and interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of security analysts
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate system security risks
  • Apply knowledge of:

o Security policies and regulations

o Risk management frameworks

o Cybersecurity best practices

  • Collaborate with engineers and system owners to resolve vulnerabilities
  • Translate technical findings into:

o Executive summaries

o Detailed reports

o Visual/graphic risk assessments

  • Support compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity requirements

Required Qualifications

Clearance Required: Top Secret (TS)

Education: Master's Degree (required)

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

  • Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
