Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Description:
• 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of scrum master experience
• 4+ years of experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience with implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
• Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
• Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
• Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders
• Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team
• Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development
• Knowledge in Rally or related tools
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with multiple teams for co-ordination
• Agile certification is a plus
