Senior Scrum Master Program Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) in Nashville, TN.

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate delivery across multiple agile teams/workstreams under Elevate Clinician Digital Experience Program
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Lead Development of the Clinician Experience MVP Product build, including ensuring backlog management across workstreams
• Support sprint planning and execution; Surface risks and dependencies for resolution by Program Manager
• Manage vendor coordination, Timeline, and resource planning (ensuring teams are accurately tracking timecards)
• Partner with Transformation Team, Digital Product, IT Gov, Data and Analytics, and platform leads to sequence delivery and dependencies and hit quarterly outcomes
• Establish clear operating rhythms, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
