Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies within the Scrum management family

Job Description

• Lead project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage project schedules to deliver milestones on time and within budget
• Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Drive valuedriven delivery by applying Agile principles and practices effectively
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines resources and budgets
• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Manage and resolve project risks and issues escalating when necessary
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies across teams
• Coordinate with product owners development teams and other stakeholders to maximize project value
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Agile and project management practices
• Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 110,000.00 to 120,000.00 per year
