Location13693 S 200 W, Draper, Utah 84020 (3 days in office per week)

Bill Rate - $80/hr

Experience range – 10 – 15 years

Job Description :

Looking for a SENIOR-Level Onshore Scrum Master who will perform below responsibilities

Advanced Agile Leadership

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams or a large, complex team

Drive adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams

Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile mindset and frameworks

Facilitate high-impact ceremonies (PI Planning, big-room planning, cross-team retrospectives) Program & Delivery Oversight

Manage dependencies across multiple teams and programs

Ensure alignment with business goals, roadmap, and release plans

Track and improve delivery predictability, quality, and velocity

Support scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) Stakeholder & Executive Management (Onshore Focus)

Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders

Communicate delivery status, risks, and strategic insights to leadership

Influence decision-making and prioritize work aligned with business value

Handle escalations and drive resolution across organizational boundaries Coaching & Capability Building

Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches - Drive Agile maturity assessments and transformation initiatives

Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning Risk, Governance & Metrics

Proactively identify systemic risks and organizational impediments

Establish governance frameworks for Agile delivery

Define and track advanced metrics (predictability, flow efficiency, team health)

Use data to guide strategic improvements

Required Experience

8–12+ years of IT experience 6+ years as a Scrum Master in complex environments

Proven experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models

Experience in large-scale Agile transformations

Core Skills

Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks - Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching abilities

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Conflict resolution at team and organizational levels

Strategic thinking and problem-solving Tools & Technologies

Agile tools: Rally (Preferred), Jira, or Azure DevOps

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices

Understanding of architecture and product delivery lifecycle
