- Experience managing projects from bid submission through closeout

- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience in saw cutting, specialty demolition, or concrete services
- OSHA certification or related safety training
- Manage saw cutting and specialty projects from estimating through closeout
- Prepare bids, estimates, and project schedules
- Coordinate field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors
- Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout project execution
- Track budgets, costs, change orders, and project timelines
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Support field operations and maintain quality control standards
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operations
