Senior SAP FICA & Payments Functional Consultant

Position Overview
This strategic role is essential to the success of the enterprise utility's customer modernization initiative and requires deep expertise in SAP FICA, integrations with SAP FICO, and utility financial operations around customer payments, customer assistance programs and collections. The consultant will provide leadership in functional design, collection process configurations, SAP configuration with BRF Framework, implementation, testing, integration with Payment processing vendor, and optimization of SAP financial and payment solutions to support utility customer billing, receivables, payment processing, treasury operations, compliance, and enterprise financial integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Payments, and Dunning SAP FICA, SAP A/R functional expertise to support utility transformation objectives including Payment and Collection process, and assistance programs.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into:

• Participate in:

Required Qualifications
Mandatory:

• Previous Public Utility industry experience (required)
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICA implementation experience, Utilities Experience
