The "Problem Solver" MissionThis is not a "status reporter" role. We need a
Strategic Execution Lead who:
Builds a rigorous engine of execution and anticipates roadblocks before they surface.
Possesses the "heft" to negotiate with senior stakeholders in a decentralized environment.
Autonomously resolves 80% of project friction without needing escalation.
Key Requirements
Experience: 10 years of Senior PM experience leading complex enterprise software implementations.
Salesforce Expertise: Proven track record with Salesforce (Education or Service Cloud) and a deep understanding of its ecosystem/dependencies.
Certification: Active PMP designation is required.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Public Sector or Higher Education is a significant asset (familiarity with long approval cycles and consensus-based cultures).
Technical Skills: Experience with COTS systems, RFPs/procurement, and managing hybrid teams (internal staff external partners).
Core Responsibilities
Project Governance: Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs with absolute rigor.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Bridge gaps between central IT and decentralized business units.
Platform Strategy: Partner with Platform Leads to ensure technical scalability and prevent siloed solutions.
Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, remove roadblocks, and mentor cross-functional project teams.
