Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development, OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce applications, enhance existing functionality, and support complex business processes.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, experience with Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation, and the ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and provide solutions for complex Salesforce implementations.

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using:

• Design and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions including:
  • FlexCards

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Middleware platforms
  • Integration tools such as MuleSoft
• Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce development standards and best practices are followed.
• Serve as a technical lead and provide guidance to development teams as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis to identify dependencies and integration considerations.
• Support Salesforce data migration activities and design solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Support DevOps processes including:
  • CI/CD deployments
  • Version control systems
  • Deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado
• Perform Salesforce administration activities including:
  • User support
  • Data management
  • Security configuration
  • System configuration
  • Process automation
  • Data analytics
• Support application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure requirements are clearly defined, approved, and successfully delivered.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I / Platform Developer II) required.
• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio platform.
• Strong experience with:
  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • Batch Apex
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Experience developing solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and solution design.
• Experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical solutions.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, configuration, and automation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Public Sector Salesforce Solutions, especially Grants Management.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundation products.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools:
  • Gearset
  • Copado
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce developers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
