Job Details

A faith based television/media organization in the DFW area is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its in house IT team. This person will help manage and optimize the company’s Salesforce environment, supporting donor management, fundraising campaigns, payment processing, and reporting initiatives tied to live broadcast and community outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and maintain custom APEX code, triggers, automations, and integrations
  • Build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows for operational and fundraising workflows
  • Create dashboards, reports, and donor analytics for internal teams
  • Support integrations with payment platforms, email marketing tools, and custom applications
  • Maintain overall Salesforce administration including user management, security, data integrity, and system performance
  • Train internal users and document processes/configurations
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and donor data privacy standards

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong hands on experience with APEX and Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with SOQL, reporting, data imports/exports, and integrations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Experience with nonprofit fundraising or donor management environments preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical teams

Preferred Background:
  • Experience with Lightning Experience, REST APIs, MuleSoft, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
  • Exposure to hybrid Salesforce Admin/Developer responsibilities
  • Familiarity with media, broadcasting, or donation processing platforms is a plus
