Description
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in Salesforce system administration and enterprise application development.
- Proficiency in declarative Salesforce configuration, user account management, and security settings.
- Experience with designing complex workflow automations, custom reports, and dynamic interactive dashboards.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting seamless API integrations with external third-party enterprise applications.
- Experience with facilitating agile backlog grooming, gathering requirements, and documenting technical development specifications.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive internal system audits and preparing platforms for major release upgrades.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to serve as a technical liaison between end-users and developers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary systems administrator to govern, maintain, and optimize enterprise-wide Salesforce environments.
- Engineer scalable Salesforce solutions by prioritizing out-of-the-box declarative configurations over custom code.
- Manage routine administrative operations including user provisioning, workflow execution, and dashboard generation.
- Coordinate the technical scoping, evaluation, and timely delivery of new system enhancement requests.
- Oversee reliable data integrations between core Salesforce applications and external software platforms.
- Facilitate rigorous agile backlog grooming sessions to translate overarching business objectives into actionable technical tasks.
- Execute thorough internal system audits and implement critical architectural modifications to support platform upgrades.
