Senior Sales Liaison - Physician Services Needed to Expand Market Presence and Strengthen Referral Partnerships for Twin City Physicians, a part of Home Health Care, Inc.

The Position

  • The Senior Sales Liaison - Physician Services will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote and drive growth for a physician-led medical group.
  • This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
  • This position will prospect, cultivate, and develop new referral relationships across healthcare and senior living networks while building strong partnerships with community providers and key stakeholders. This individual will be expected to secure one new contract per month during the first three months and progress to two new contracts per month following the initial ramp-up period.
  • This role is ideal for someone with front-line or outside sales experience. Candidates must be capable of opening new community referral channels, navigating gatekeeping staff, and securing new business with key healthcare decision-makers throughout Minnesota.
  • This individual should be competitive in nature and possess a proven track record of achieving sales goals, along with a strong understanding of key performance metrics. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills will be critical to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Proven sales experience within hospice or healthcare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Compensation Range

  • The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 + Unlimited Earning Potential in Commission annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
