Job Overview
The Senior Sales Director is responsible for driving strategic growth for our ParkX Division initiatives and expanding the company's portfolio across the region. This individual will identify, pursue, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities while leading the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and underwriting through proposal development, contract negotiation, and operational transition.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial and operational acumen, a proven track record of growing portfolios, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This person must be adaptable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
