- Must have 3+ years of automotive sales experience—not just talking, closing
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish speakers move to the front of the line)
- Track record of crushing monthly sales goals
- Strong follow-up game and relentless closing mentality
- Self-motivated, confident, and fearless on the floor
- Professional, persuasive, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: CLOSED — time to recharge and get ready to dominate again
