HiFyve is hiring a Senior Sales Account Manager in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in St. Paul, MN!


Salary: $125,000-$160,000/year

About the Role

Lead strategic customer accounts and drive profitable sales growth across key national and regional business relationships.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned accounts and territories
  • Manage key customer relationships while driving volume and profitability targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Utilize a solutions-selling approach to support customer business objectives
  • Drive opportunities from prospecting through commercialization and account closure
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasts and account plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, R&D, quality, and leadership teams
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and customer agreements as needed
  • Maintain customer activity and pipeline reporting within Salesforce, Power BI, and company systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve account issues professionally


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive sales, account management, or related experience required
  • Experience within food & beverage manufacturing, dairy, CPG, or related industries preferred
  • Proven success growing strategic accounts and driving profitable sales growth
  • Strong experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and related business systems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
