DRMP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help strengthen and expand our successful roadway practice across Florida.
This role builds on established client relationships, strong delivery teams, and a growing backlog of work. We are looking for a leader who can step in and enhance our existing efforts—supporting client managers, contributing to strategic pursuits, and helping position our team for continued growth.
You will work alongside established leaders to deliver high-quality projects, pursue key opportunities, and elevate overall team performance with FDOT, municipalities, and regional transportation clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Support Strategic Growth
Partner with client managers to strengthen relationships and expand existing contracts
Help identify and position targeted opportunities aligned with DRMP’s growth strategy
Contribute to pursuit planning and market positioning efforts
Contribute to Winning Work
Support and help lead proposal development, Letters of Response, and interviews
Participate in capture planning and teaming strategies for key pursuits
Bring insight and perspective that improves our competitiveness
Lead Project Delivery
Serve as Project Manager for complex roadway projects
Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Strengthen the Team
Mentor project managers and junior staff
Support a collaborative environment that builds on existing team strengths
Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
Deliver Quality
Reinforce DRMP’s reputation through consistent, high-quality deliverables
Provide guidance that supports both technical excellence and client satisfaction
What you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience
Experience managing FDOT and/or municipal roadway projects
Familiarity with Florida transportation market and procurement processes
Experience supporting proposals and client development efforts
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
