Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Risk Management, the Senior Risk Manager will design, negotiate, manage and maintain Internationals global insurance programs. The Senior Risk Manager will lead the enterprise insurance and risk financing programs; assess, quantify, and communicate business risk; develop and execute risk mitigation strategies; and ensure continuity of operations. This position will own the insurance purchasing cycle, manage external partners (brokers, insurers, TPAs), and oversee claims governance while driving measurable reductions in total cost of risk (TCoR). The position will also provide direction to staff and cross-functional partners; recommend budget and update Internationals Insurance Management Policy, as needed.
