If you've worked in net revenue for years and know how to turn data into decisions, this is a strong opportunity.Non-Negotiable RequirementHands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe)If you don't have it, this role will not be a fit.What You'll DoSupport the monthly financial close process, including:Data validation and accuracy checksTrend modeling and variance analysisJournal entries and account reconciliationsAnalyze financial and reimbursement data to identify trends and provide actionable insightsPrepare reports and schedules for internal leadership and external auditorsContribute to reserve methodologies and financial modelingTrack and report on managed care contract performancePartner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on revenue-related initiativesStay current on reimbursement changes across government and commercial payorsPlay an active role in system enhancements and revenue cycle improvementsWhat You Bring7+ years of experience in net revenue analysis within healthcareStrong background in revenue accounting and reimbursement structuresWorking knowledge of commercial and government payorsAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataExperience working with large datasets and multiple systemsStrong communication skills—you can explain the why behind the numbersPreferred ExperienceCPA or advanced degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related)Experience with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCAExperience mentoring or supporting junior analystsWhat to ExpectThis is a hands-on analytical role where you'll be expected to think, not just report.
