The position will work closely with the SVP of Revenue and collaborate with many other departments with the goal of creating an effective and efficient revenue management technology and processes that provide value to our business. This position requires strong experience with project management, a curiosity with numbers, data, trends and analysis, and the ability to utilize a range of tools and systems to create, update, and enhance data for consumption. The position will have the innate ability to bring data “to life” through reports and insights that are useful and digestible by others in developing revenue management strategies to maximize revenues.Leads project management responsibilities in system changes and enhancementsCollaborate with technology teams to implement new features, integrations, and processes within our revenue management and booking systemsDevelops, maintains, and enhances existing data reportingEngages in analysis activity resulting in new data and reporting to enhance property revenue management strategiesExtracts and analyzes data in order to draw viable/actionable business conclusionsProvides strategy critique and analysisDevelops strong relationships across departments for optimal effectivenessProvides functional expertise to properties and participates on demand in key property and/or regional reviewsContributes to the development of forecast/budget formulation and annual, seasonal pricing eventsDevelops the ability and establishes “best practices” to effectively analyze competitive pricingProvides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements, and challenges to the stakeholdersUtilize data and analytics to identify and deliver on opportunities for process and system improvementsWork in conjunction with the SVP of Revenue and cross functional teams to ensure sales, pricing and distribution strategies are aligned for successExperience & Skills you need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis.
