Job Specifications
The City of Tallahassee's Retirement Office is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, helping plan participants navigate complex retirement benefits while ensuring compliance with the pension ordinance, and City policies and procedures. You'll collaborate with senior staff, support key programs, and help deliver high-quality retirement education and services.

Minimum Training & Experience
Possession of a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, public relations, human resources or a related field; AND three years of professional or administrative experience in retirement administration, benefits calculation, benefits administration, or financial calculations.

Possession of a high school diploma or GED, AND seven years of professional or administrative experience in retirement administration, benefits calculation, benefits administration, financial calculations.
Salary Range
$25.1538 to $68.2567/hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $44.8166./hour.
Drivers License Requirements
Must possess a valid Class-E State drivers license at the time of appointment.
