Seeking a Senior Research Scientist passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion Language Models (DLMs) focusing on post-training and system optimization.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing post-training algorithms, improving training and deployment efficiency, collaborating on research-to-production translation, exploring evaluation methods, and contributing to open-source projects.
Requirements: PhD or equivalent in CS or related fields, 2+ years in ML, systems, or distributed computing, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and strong fundamentals in algorithms and systems.
Preferred: expertise in post-training LLM algorithms, scalable distributed system development, or contributions to open-source AI infrastructure.
