We are seeking a Senior Scientist to lead high throughput biology and assay development efforts focused on aging-related therapeutics.
In this role, you will design and optimize biochemical and cell-based assays in 384-well formats, execute large-scale screening campaigns, and analyze complex datasets using Python.
Responsibilities include operating lab automation equipment, developing protocols, managing compound libraries, and collaborating with biology and chemistry teams throughout the drug discovery process.
Qualifications include a PhD in biology or related fields, 3-5 years industry experience in HTS or assay development, proficiency with automation platforms, and data analysis skills.
Bonus points for experience with aging biology assays, phenotypic screening, cheminformatics, or AI/ML integration.
