About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Pre‑Operative Planning team. This onsite role focuses on producing high‑quality surgical plans for robotic‑assisted orthopedic procedures, requiring consistent output and strict adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create cases using proprietary case management systems
Review CT scans for compliance with imaging protocols
Segment CT scans into 3D anatomical bone models
Develop pre‑operative surgical plans for hip and knee replacements
Ensure accuracy in landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning
Upload finalized surgical plans to field personnel
Document activities per SOPs and follow work instructions precisely
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience or Associate’s degree/higher
Proficiency in English (speaking and reading)
Ability to distinguish colors and maintain 20/20 vision (with or without correction)
Preferred
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience with Salesforce, imaging software (e.g., Materialize MIMICS), or Adobe Photoshop
Background in Radiology (CT, X‑Ray, MRI) or Nursing
Completion of college‑level anatomy coursework
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
