While NovaSource is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ and preference will be given to those in the area, this position can be based anywhere in the United States for experienced candidates.
Summary of Role NovaSource is launching a Repowering Services function to help asset owners extend the life, value, and performance of utility-scale solar and storage assets. This role is the technical backbone of that effort.
The Senior Repowering Engineer will own repowering engineering definition, technical scoping, and cost estimation, while execution will be delivered primarily through vetted construction partners. This role is not responsible for building or managing large construction crews. Instead, success is measured by clarity of scope, credibility of estimates, and disciplined execution planning.
This is a senior, high-judgment role intended to establish NovaSource as a trusted repowering advisor-not a construction company.
