Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst with strong experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Regulatory Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting regulatory reports, data calls, and statutory reporting deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Insurance Regulatory Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting, or Insurance Data Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of US P&C Insurance operations and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience with Regulatory Data Calls, Statutory Reporting, and NAIC Reporting
  • Experience working with Premium, Claims, Reserve, Underwriting, and Policy Data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Advanced Formulas
    • Power Query
    • Data Validation
    • Complex Reconciliations
  • Strong Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple source systems
  • Strong documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports and statutory filings
  • Support reporting across underwriting, claims, reserves, premiums, and policy data
  • Extract, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple source systems
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate remediation efforts
  • Maintain reporting calendars, documentation, and audit evidence
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess reporting impacts
  • Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Compliance, IT, and TPAs
  • Support audits, regulatory exams, and reporting automation initiatives
Nice to Have
  • Experience with NAIC Reporting, Schedule P, Market Conduct Reporting
  • Experience supporting Insurance Carriers, MGAs, TPAs, or Brokers
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
  • Experience with reporting automation and data governance frameworks
  • CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications
