Description
- Oversee daily operations of multiple affordable housing properties in Montclair.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
- Develop and manage operating budgets to meet financial goals.
- Lead and train on-site property management teams to maintain high performance.
- Handle tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure property maintenance and curb appeal meet organizational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare regular property performance reports for leadership review.
