A key priority for this role will be building and integrating HITT's craft recruiting capability, establishing the strategy and processes needed to effectively hire skilled trades talent as our self-perform work continues to grow. In addition, this role will lead the evolution of HITT's recruiting operating model-bringing greater clarity to service expectations, prioritization, and alignment with the business-while maintaining a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on-comfortable setting direction while staying close to execution. You bring strong judgment, a deep understanding of recruiting in a complex environment, and experience building or evolving recruiting functions. Prior experience in construction recruiting, including craft or skilled trades hiring, is required.
