Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for managing end to end recruiting within the company.
  • Manage global recruiting team and monitor their performance so they meet the targets set.
  • Job duties include understanding hiring needs, assigning job requirements, prioritizing, reviewing resumes, approving final submission, coordinating interviews, finalizing hires and getting resources onboard.
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Build a quality relationship with the account managers, recruiting team, customers, line managers and external recruitment agencies
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • conducts job interviews for the job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
  • Attend networking and recruiting events as needed.
  • Customer interaction and Client interfacing, as required.

Qualifications:

  • 8 plus years of end-to-end recruiting management experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent experience managing global (offshore, onshore and nearshore) teams
  • Understanding of IT and Engineering job requirements.
  • Good to have experience working for MSP accounts and also direct customers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with Recruiting Strategy.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and strong business strategic thinking.
