Job Description

Inter-Con Security is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead and support a dispersed team focused on corporate and overhead hiring. This role is critical in driving recruiting execution, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and helping scale processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and is excited to improve recruiting execution, communication, and process consistency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure timely delivery against recruiting goals and SLAs
  • Review and improve candidate submittals and hiring manager communications
  • Support recruiters on complex or high-priority searches
  • Drive accountability, visibility, and team performance
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and systems teams
  • Support adoption of recruiting tools and evolving processes
  • Help foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with leadership to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / transition activities
  • Partner closely with the SD of Corporate Talent and recruiting leadership on team effectiveness, workload balance, and organizational support
  • Hold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements

Other requirements or competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce and coach others on concise, high-quality candidate summaries and business communications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable working in environments where structure is still developing

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting leadership experience
  • Background in agency recruiting, high growth start-up or high-volume environments
  • Experience improving recruiting processes or workflows
  • Exposure to ATS/CRM systems and recruiting technologies

Work Environment
