Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and delivering top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on building strong pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and driving successful hiring outcomes across multiple locations.

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Partner with sourcing teams to develop strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • Review resumes and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed role and company information
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations and a variety of roles
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within engineering or manufacturing environments
  • AIRS certification or similar recruiting credentials
  • Experience building relationships with training programs, workforce boards, or community organizations

Education

  • High School Diploma required

Pay Range: $44.00 - $49.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
