Schedule: Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Every Other Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Orientation (Week 1–2): Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 5-week contract (possibility to extend)
Pay Range: $32 - $36 per Hour on W2.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
- This is a crisis staffing assignment, and schedules and/or work locations may adjust based on operational needs.
- Must be available for evenings and every other weekend
- Must be willing to float to Community Healthlink locations within a 35-mile radius
- Reliable transportation required.
- No RTO preferred.
Duties: - Greet and check in/check out patients.
- Register patients and verify insurance coverage.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Process prior authorizations and collect copays.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic or a comparable EMR.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting daily clinic operations.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical front desk or patient access experience.
- Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, and copay collection.
- Proficiency with Epic or a comparable electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic or physician practice.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
- Flexible to float within a 35-mile radius as needed.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Availability to work the assigned schedule, including every other weekend.
