• 5+ year's accounting experience including Real Estate and CAM.
• Yardi real estate software, Great Plains a plus.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations regularly to maintain data integrity
