Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Quality Operations leads and advances quality management systems and operational excellence across the organization. This role ensures that products and processes meet rigorous quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a strong culture of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the organization's talent strategy by evaluating potential, supporting succession planning, and ensuring team members receive coaching and development to reach their full potential.

  • Drive quality excellence by partnering with cross functional leaders to ensure capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards.

  • Guide engineering teams in responding to customer feedback and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and monitor progress against established quality metrics.

  • Provide technical leadership to operations by developing technology roadmaps and collaborating with corporate and regional technical teams to support quality improvements that reduce cost and enhance manufacturing performance.

  • Lead product and process quality improvements using tools such as CAPAs and audits.

  • Model organizational values and hold team members accountable for demonstrating them consistently.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across internal and external teams.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent the organization professionally.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with individuals at all levels, including executive leadership.

Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels. It may require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and minimal physical activity. Proper ergonomic practices are encouraged.
