Drive Enterprise-Scale SAP Quality Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Test Engineer – SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team delivering complex SAP S/4HANA initiatives. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts across mission-critical O2C processes, ensuring enterprise applications are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior QA Test Engineer, you will own end-to-end testing strategy and execution across SAP S/4HANA OTC initiatives, including greenfield implementations, enhancements, integrations, and enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash workstreams
  • Validate end-to-end business processes including:
    • Order Management
    • Pricing & VIP Pricing 2.0
    • Shipping & Delivery
    • Billing & Returns
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
  • Perform complex RTM multilayer testing across SAP and enterprise platforms
  • Validate integrations spanning:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • SuccessFactors
    • FI/CO
    • Supply Chain
    • EDI/IDoc/EAPI
    • FinTech transaction flows (810/820)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
    • P2P
    • R2R
    • WM
    • Sales
    • Commercial
    • Basis
    • Security
    • ABAP Development
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive defect resolution
  • Create and maintain:
    • Test plans
    • Test cases
    • Traceability matrices
    • Automated scripts
  • Support CI/CD and enterprise automation initiatives
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, release planning, cutover, and hypercare activities

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP QA/Test Engineering experience
  • Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes
  • Strong experience with:
    • SAP ECC and S/4HANA
    • FI/CO integration
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • ACDOCA
    • Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
    • Cash Application workflows
  • Experience testing inbound/outbound integrations from S/4
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration landscapes
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SAP GUI
    • Fiori
    • Business Partner (BP) migration
    • ChaRM/QGM
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments
  • Ability to independently lead testing efforts across multiple teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca and OpenText ALM
  • Knowledge of:
    • Kafka
    • EAPI
    • B2B/BUS integrations
    • Credit management
    • Bank statement processing
  • Understanding of automated QA frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong non-functional and performance testing experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong background in software testing methodologies and QA processes
  • Experience building reusable automation components and scalable test frameworks
  • Native-level or fluent English communication skills
