Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python & Java Developer with deep expertise in Kafka and AI/Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on Python development experience along with Java, building scalable, event-driven applications and AI-enabled solutions.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Python (must-have)
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Producers, Consumers, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience developing REST APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar frameworks
- Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agent development is highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
