MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Property Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.

  • Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root-cause analyses for asset loss.

  • Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.

  • Conducts specialized property reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater mission partners.

  • Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.

  • Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and Command-mandated standards within the Indo-Pacific AOR.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of position relevant experience.

  • Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root-cause analysis for property discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).

  • Experience with DoD technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
