Client Overview:
Our client is a well-established, growing real estate company seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k - $135k

Position Overview:
The Senior Property Accountant will join an existing team of 10 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities.

Responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant:
  • The Senior Property Accountant will manage the property and tax return accounting.
  • Assist with the month and quarter-end close.
  • Process the CAM reconciliations monthly.
  • Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary.
  • Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Property Accountant:
  • The Senior Property Accountant will have 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong commercial real estate experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Yardi.
  • Team player approach.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
