Senior Project Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Specialist to support inventory and MRO projects by organizing materials, labeling systems, and leading small teams when needed. Operates under minimal supervision with responsibilities including storeroom setup, data coordination, and temporary team leadership. This role is designed as a leader-in-training position with potential for promotion.

Senior Project Specialist Job Responsibilities

Support all project sizes; lead minor projects as needed
Step into leadership when PM is not present
Organize, count, and label inventory items
Safely assemble racks, shelving, and cabinets
Use phone/tablet to document and upload photos/files
Coordinate travel and logistics for team members
Communicate professionally with clients and team
Maintain and audit part/location labels
Train and support new team members
Submit personal and team time/expenses daily
Track project progress and report concerns to Field Operations Manager
Ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety policies
Represent company values with professionalism
Additional duties as needed

Senior Project Specialist Position Requirements

2+ years of Inventory or MRO experience
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Comfortable using phones, tablets, and basic tech tools
Valid U.S. driver's license
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with inventory systems and layout planning
