Senior Project Specialist

Title: Healthcare Senior Project Manager:
Logistics: Grand Rapids (As needed/Monthly) Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, cross?functional healthcare projects, including system?wide initiatives of varying complexity
• Drive all phases of the project lifecycle: assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Manage project scope, work plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes
• Analyze and document workflows, processes, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and re?engineering efforts
• Partner with key stakeholders, business partners, and executive leadership to ensure alignment, resource optimization, and continuity of services
• Serve as a consultant and mentor; provide guidance, training, and direction to less experienced project staff
• Participate in and lead committees and task forces as a member, consultant, or chair
• Act as a change agent by advancing best practices in project management and organizational change
• Identify significant issues, lead root?cause analysis, and develop data?driven recommendations for leadership review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, healthcare operations, or related field
• Prior leadership, management, or project management experience required
