Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Engineer (PE)Lead your civil engineering career where your work supports critical water and wastewater infrastructure across the Southeast. If you're a seasoned engineer ready to lead major programs, mentor teams, and drive project success, this role is for you.Location: Savannah, GAWhat you'll do:Lead and manage complex water and wastewater infrastructure and process design projects for municipal and private sector clientsOversee the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and technical reportsDirect hydraulic modeling and system analysis using tools such as WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWorks WS, or InfoWaterServe as a primary point of contact for clients, including municipalities and water/sewer authoritiesManage project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects to ensure successful deliveryProvide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for engineering staffCoordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teamsUtilize project tracking tools to monitor financial performance, schedules, and resource allocationSupport business development efforts and maintain and expand client relationshipsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetWhat you bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license required15+ years of experience in the design and management of municipal water and wastewater projectsStrong knowledge of Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with InfoWorks WS and/or InfoWater (Innovyze) preferredProven ability to manage multiple large or complex projects simultaneouslyExperience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teamsStrong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, and budget controlProficiency with project tracking tools such as Vision or Microsoft ProjectStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approachExperience working in the southeastern United States preferredBenefits:Competitive salary plus annual bonusCondensed work schedule for better work-life balanceTop-tier health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage401(k), generous PTO, holidays, and tuition assistanceThomas & Hutton University and hands‑on mentoring to advance your careerSchedule:On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Sponsorship is not available for this position.
