Dewberry Design-Builders Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support and help grow our design‑build practice across the Carolinas and Mid‑Atlantic. This role will focus on Dewberry’s Water/Wastewater division but will have opportunity to expand into Energy, Federal, and MEPS infrastructure work in our growing Design-Build division. The role offers a hybrid schedule.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong project delivery experience who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and building relationships with clients and subcontractors across the region.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position by expanding your responsibilities in project delivery, client engagement, and pursuit strategy within Dewberry’s design-build practice.
You will play an important role in advancing Dewberry’s design‑build delivery by supporting pursuits, coordinating execution strategies, and helping deliver high‑quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Working closely with senior leadership and water market teams, you’ll contribute to projects from pursuit through construction and commissioning, while strengthening client relationships and supporting backlog growth.

Salary Range:
The projected range for this position is $150,000 - $176,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
