Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $70- $75
