Description

  • Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project financials, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Support and mentor project management staff while promoting best practices
  • Drive business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate closely with field personnel to maintain quality standards and client expectations
  • Participate in project pursuits, interviews, and client presentations
  • Help establish long-term growth strategies within a key business sector

Profile

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering healthcare or highly regulated construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client management
  • Experience managing occupied renovations, tenant improvements, or complex build-outs preferred
  • Business development and client relationship management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
