Description
- Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project financials, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support and mentor project management staff while promoting best practices
- Drive business development efforts and help identify new project opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate closely with field personnel to maintain quality standards and client expectations
- Participate in project pursuits, interviews, and client presentations
- Help establish long-term growth strategies within a key business sector
Profile
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven experience delivering healthcare or highly regulated construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client management
- Experience managing occupied renovations, tenant improvements, or complex build-outs preferred
- Business development and client relationship management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
