We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects with a focus on QSR developments throughout the Southeast. This role will oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout while partnering closely with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery

Description

The Senior Project Manager - Strong Work-Life Balance - Raleigh will be responsible for:

    • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
    • Lead project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management activities.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
    • Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and proactively address issues impacting cost, quality, or timeline.
    • Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, change orders, and cost control.
    • Conduct periodic site visits to support project teams and ensure work is progressing according to plan.
    • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.

Profile

The Senior Project Manager - Strong Work-Life Balance - Raleigh should have:

    • Prior experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
    • Strong background managing QSR, restaurant, retail, or similar commercial projects.
    • Civil construction experience is highly preferred.
    • Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $3M in value.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone.
    • Willingness to travel periodically for site visits as needed.
