What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager - Reconstruction:
Lead residential reconstruction projects from contract signing through project closeout
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process
Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly and proactively
Monitor project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedules or budgets
Manage project costs, subcontractor performance, and material procurement
Track project profitability and support efficient billing and collections processes
Conduct site visits to review quality, progress, and customer satisfaction

Must-Haves as the Senior Project Manager - Reconstruction:
5+ years of construction project management experience
